Air-conditioned rooms, we didn't want to say goodbye.

We thoroughly enjoyed that great modern hotel. Its personnel was FANTASTIC FRIENDLY and efficient, no complaints. The location was good and handy, for example, Myers Park was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. Visited few places in the center, just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Thanks for a lovely stay, can just recommend. The hotel is gorgeous with cooperative staff and clean facilities. The venue has good setting in Auckland Central Business district next to Easy to get to the Civic theatre, the waterfront and the casino, and a busstop.

The property was comfortable with really good staff in assisting us with transport to concert. We greatly enjoyed in-house restaurants around.

Inviting quiet rooms with the bathroom, a great shower plus a plug in fan, informative staff.

The room was silent and cheap in general, with a good view. The location was very central, unbeatable to car parking area. And it was also near to Auckland for, Civic Theatre, and public transport and surrounding attractions.

I think it was good value. The hotel was set in a very central area near to the footpath, beautiful park and various exixts, and Aotea Centre. I ate at the in-house restaurant near the property. The hotel served well priced and full cooked breakfast, loved it.

My room had depressing view.

Really enjoyed air conditioner and a storage in the room. The staff were both exceptionally nice and pleasant. That hotel was in a marvellous and easy location, close to the city center:)))

Reception and bathroom were clean. Water pressure in the shower was good. Staff provided extra parking assistance. Location was convenient. The living space and bathroom were satisfactory.

Clean and pleasant property with reasonably priced full cooked breakfasts and welcoming staff. Nice design of interiors in twin room. Magnificent, ideal location in Auckland, near to the Queen Street, central city centre and The Civic and restaurants around Queen Street. Also, near the stop of air express.
